I first went in to the Bridal Shop and was a little hesitant, but then quickly realized that they knew what they were talking about. I explained the wedding dress I was looking for and within 10 minutes, was given my dream dress for a really good price. It was amazing and I'm so happy that I found my perfect dress there!

I was so nervous about ordering online. I just never knew what could happen. This was the best decision I have made. Everything went perfect, the dress was absolutely beautiful and I had it within 3 days of ordering. I will definitely pass on my good luck with this site.

I really loved my wedding dress, but I also loved the service they gave me. They were helpful all along the way. From the time I placed the order, all the way through the last fitting, everyone was very kind to me. I will always remember where I bought my wedding dress, and I am happy I will remember such a good experience.

I can only imagine that running a bridal shop, it is hard to keep everyone happy - but Merrell and the girls did just that with me, kept me happy. I ordered my dress, and a matching belt from here. The dress came in as scheduled and the belt about a week early. Once we had both pieces, they did great with alterations, and even attached the belt to my dress right below my bust-line where I wanted it. They were fabulous with me, I would not have changed a thing!

I purchased my gown from The Bridal Shop last year and after some unfortunate family circumstances had to postpone my wedding until next summer.The whole staff were so accommodating and helpful. I just finally had a chance to pick up my dress and it is gorgeous. They kept in constant touch with me and very understanding about holding my dress for almost a year. The people there are so friendly and the gowns are gorgeous and I couldn't believe how affordable they were. I assumed I would of been paying a fortune for my gown after shopping around but that wasn't the case. The staff are wonderful and I cannot wait to wear my dress. By the way, the store is very cute! I would give more stars if I could and will recommend this place to anyone who asks.

The dress far exceeded my expectations. Measurements were as stated, while the material and beadwork were even more gorgeous than I'd imagined from what was pictured on the web site. If there were a Pullitzer for patience Nick would surely deserve one. He epitomizes what customer care representatives should be: warm, patient, understanding, informative, and willing work outside "the box". I hope his efforts are rewarded, as he has a special knack for balancing the overwhelming demands of multi-tasking with personalized service.

I was so pleased with my dress and the fast arrival in the mail! The website did not do justice to the quality of the dress and I really saved a lot by using them instead of a local outrageously over-priced chain store. They were extremely helpful to talk to and it will make my wedding just that more special. I've already told other new brides to check out The Bridalshop.com first!!!! I was overjoyed, now I have one less thing to worry about.

I don't know how to thank you, the dresses came today and they are fantasic. I tried on the wedding gown and it fits like a glove, and it is stunning i love it, and the girls dresses are beautiful too. So much detail on them and there headbands are loverly. The whole service has been fantastic, your prices smash Englands, even with shipping. I cried when I put on the dress because it was so nice and I was so relieved. I am going to tell everyone about how great you are.

I have a question to every bride that has complained on line. Have you ever written a positive review ? I bet not. The nonsense you brides get caught up with. Just remember every bridal shop has one thing in common . They open with the intent of pleasing you. Its more important that Sometimes JUST maybe . Anger is the person in the mirror .
